
Sharon M. Crofts
Ms. Crofts has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2008 (formerly known as the Managing Committee) and has held her current post since 2012. Ms. Crofts is responsible for overseeing the company’s Information Technology, Operations, Digital Channels and Business Continuity.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Crofts was Senior Vice President of the Commercial Deposit Division of Pacific Century Bank, a former Bank of Hawaii Corporation subsidiary in California, where she was in charge of Business Banking and Commercial Deposits. She began her banking career in 1988 at First Interstate Bank of California.
In 2001, Ms. Crofts joined Bank of Hawaii Corporation as Senior Vice President of Cash Management Services, Account Analysis Operations and Commercial Deposit Management Center. In 2005, she was named Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, and in 2008, Ms. Crofts was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Operations.
Originally from Fresno, California, Ms. Crofts earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA in finance from the California State University at Fresno. She is also a graduate of The Fuqua School of Business Advanced Management Program at Duke University. Ms. Crofts is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and a member of the Association of Financial Professionals.
Ms. Crofts serves on the board of directors for the Institute for Human Services and the American Cancer Society-Hawaii Pacific Region.
