Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 24, 2017, in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Bank of Hawaii Corporation (“BOHC”) publicly disclosed the results of its Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST). These results can be found on BOHC’s website at www.boh.com under Investor Relations, Financial Releases. The DFAST results reflect hypothetical economic scenarios and market shock assumptions provided by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the “Federal Reserve Board”) in their supervisory scenarios, which are available on the Federal Reserve Board's website at
http://www.federalreserve.gov/bankinforeg/dfa-stress-tests.htm.
