Sharon M. Crofts

Vice Chairman of Client Solutions Group

Sharon Crofts is Vice Chairman of the Client Solutions Group. In her role, she is responsible for Operations, Information Technology, Alternative Channels and Deposit Products. She has held the position of Vice Chairman since November 2012.

Ms. Crofts joined the bank via its California institution, Pacific Century Bank in 1999 as Senior Vice President of the Commercial Deposit Division. In 2001, Ms. Crofts relocated to Honolulu to serve as Bank of Hawaii’s Senior Vice President of Cash Management Services. In 2005, she was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. In 2008, she was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Operations and member of the managing committee.

Ms. Crofts began her banking career in 1988 with First Interstate Bank of California and also worked at Union Bank of California.

Ms. Crofts, a native of Fresno, California, holds a master’s of business administration in finance from California State University, Fresno. She also received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the California State University, Fresno. In addition, she attended the Advanced Management Program at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
